Understanding Fa Jing - Part 1

A number of people have asked me to shed light on some of the details of Fa Jing. Since there are so many variations of Fa Jing, I have chosen the Spherical method which is a necessary foundation for the more advanced techniques. 


This video utilizes a number of postures and stances and plenty of slow motion to see better what is actually happening.


Although most of the examples you will see look somewhat similar in outward appearance, this is an illusion as the changes and variations are taking place "under the skin," so to speak. This will become apparent when you see the differences of how they effect an actual person in Understanding Fa Jing - Part 2 which will be coming soon.
