New Excerpt From Inside Zhan Zhuang
"One of the most amazing
things that happens in Zhan Zhuang is the change that can take place in the
nerves and also, in the tissues where the nerves are located. What is this
change?
A physical transformation within the nerve sheaths. And as a
result, something happens through extensive training that makes the nerves both
more sensitive, and at the same time, less subconsciously reactive to outer
stimuli."
