Yang Tai Ji - The Dan Tien Method


This vid is an example of a rarely seen high-level practice using the first set of the original Yang Cheng Fu Form. In this method the hands are kept fairly close to the body and relatively centered in front of the Dan Tien, generally at the level between the navel and the pubic bone.
