Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan Push Hands Solo Exercise. This vid uses right foot forward stance (right hand leads) but should eventually be applied to the three other possibilities: Right foot forward, LEFT hand leads. Left foot forward, left hand leads. Left foot forward, RIGHT hand leads.
